1. Hygienic Flow Channel Design

The flow channel of the Sanitary Threaded Butterfly Valve body is mirror-polished (standard Ra≤0.8μm, custom Ra≤0.4μm available for sterile working conditions), featuring no grooves or dead corners. It eliminates medium residue and bacterial growth, fully meeting the requirements for CIP in-line cleaning and complying with hygienic production standards.


2. Customizable Material Selection
