Professional test equipment is used for hydrostatic pressure testing and air tightness testing. Inspectors strictly control test pressure and holding time, and carefully check valve bodies, weld seams and sealing parts for water leakage, air seepage and pressure drop. All test data is recorded and archived in detail for long-term product traceability.

Products that fail the pressure test will be marked for rework. Only qualified products after re-inspection can be stored and delivered. No defective products are allowed to enter the packaging and shipment process.
