This Two-piece Male Female Thread Ball Valve adopts forged two-piece split construction, equipped with male and female threaded ends on both sides. No welding or flanges required, enabling fast on-site installation for small bore pipelines. Working Principle

The Two-piece Male Female Thread Ball Valve controls fluid flow by 90° quarter-turn rotation of the internal ball driven by the stem. When the ball bore aligns with pipeline direction, media flows freely. After rotating 90°, the ball surface presses tightly against the seat to block fluid and achieve bubble-tight shutoff. The quarter-turn design enables simple and fast on-off operation.

The valve body is forged from high-quality SS304 / SS316 stainless steel with CNC machining, uniform wall thickness, good pressure resistance and rust protection.
