Structure & Working Principle

1. Core Component Composition

The Two Piece Female Thread Ball Valve consists of four core parts: valve body, ball core, valve stem and sealing ring. The two-piece valve body is bolt-connected for structural stability; the ball core with a through-hole is the key component for medium circulation control.

2. Working Mechanism

Rotating the ball core 90° via the valve stem aligns its through-hole with the pipeline (fully open, smooth medium circulation); rotating another 90° makes the through-hole perpendicular to the pipeline (closed, cutting off circulation). In the closed state, the sealing surface is isolated from the medium for excellent erosion resistance. The movable and replaceable sealing ring simplifies maintenance.
