Product Structure and Core Features

The 3PC Flanged Ball Valve features a three-piece split design. Working Principle

1. Opening Process: The 3PC Flanged Ball Valve drive unit rotates the valve stem and ball. When the ball's through-hole aligns with the pipeline, the valve fully opens, allowing fluid to flow smoothly.

2. Closing Process: The valve stem rotates the ball 90°, aligning the ball's through-hole with the pipeline. The solid part of the ball completely blocks the fluid passage, achieving reliable shut-off. At this point, the valve is fully closed.

3. Sealing Mechanism: The high-precision machined ball precisely matches the PTFE sealing ring, ensuring reliable bidirectional sealing under various operating conditions.
