Product Introduction

3-piece stainless steel flanged ball valve features forged SS304/SS316L body with CNC machining. Flanged ends enable easy assembly with industrial pipelines. Equipped with anti-blowout stem and PTFE seat sealing, this full port valve minimizes medium pressure loss. It adopts ISO5211 standard mounting pad, available for manual lever operation, or fitted with pneumatic & electric actuators for remote automatic control. Widely exported for fluid shut-off in chemical, water treatment, oil & gas and food processing piping systems.

Working Principle

The 3-piece flanged ball valve controls fluid flow via 90° rotation of the ball around the stem axis. A through bore is machined on the ball. When the bore aligns with pipeline direction, fluid passes freely. After rotating 90 degrees, the solid side of the ball presses against the seat to block flow. The split three-piece body encloses the ball and sealing parts. The stem drives ball rotation. Tight contact between ball and seat creates bubble-tight sealing to open or shut off pipeline media.
